Dave went above and beyond "just customer service" he was my delivery guy !!! Ordered over the phone from Michigan, sitting in a parking lot and the very nice young lady that answered my call was totally understanding of my situation of getting flowers delivered to my 88 year old Aunt on her birthday !!!! Dave met my 98 year old uncle at the door and helped him carry in some groceries and the flowers !!! I am overjoyed that Carrolwood florists still give their customers the service that I remember from when I lived in Tampa 34 years ago !!! Top notch service from every aspect : call in order, make the flowers, delivered !!! Thank you so very much !!!
